Our Party Room is Perfect for a Variety of Events
Venue Event Booking Made Simple
Our party room can accommodate up to 40 guests and is well designed for small to medium sized gatherings. Our team can help create the perfect space for your event or we can hand over the keys and leaving it up to you. Whatever choice you prefer, we will ensure you have a successful and memorable event.
$95 an hour (Four hours minimum) 4 rectangular tables, 2 round tables, and folding chairs; decor not included.
$750 (Full Day Rental). 4 rectangular tables, 2 round tables, and folding chairs; decor not included.
$1550 All Inclusive Decor Package: Get the most bang for your buck! . We decorate and you show up and celebrate.
All Inclusive Decor Package: includes 4 rectangular tables with tablecloths, 2 round tables with tablecloths, 40 folding chairs covered with chair covers, 1 Backdrop, 5 balloon centerpieces, 2 balloon columns, 5 balloon ceiling hangers, and an oversized chair. All balloon decor is standard (classic decor) and designed by our staff; tell us your colors and them and we will take it from there!
Food, Drink and Alcohol Policies
You are welcome to bring in outside food to feed your guests, however, Balloon Studio and More is not responsible for the food or drink provided by outside vendors or catering services.
When renting our party room, you automatically receive 60 minutes total of prep and tear down time. The start and end times for your event are as stated on the Rental Agreement Contract, in which we will provide. If additional time is need you may purchase it. All charges must be paid in full at least 7 days before your event.
Deposits, Fees & Cancellations
All rentals require a $200 non-refundable deposit due when booking time in our party room. The balance is due within 7 days of your event unless otherwise stated in the rental contract. On the day of the event when you receive a access/entry to the party room, there is also a $100 cash deposit that will be returned within with 48 hours after a walk-through and all areas have been cleaned. The $100 cash deposit will be returned after a walk-through inspection has been completed after your event and all areas have been cleaned within 48 hours.
Discounted rental rates may be available for 501(c)3 organizations with proof of status.
